Gift certificates cannot be used or redeemed without the authorized claim code, cannot be redeemed for cash, cannot be replaced if they are lost or stolen, cannot be used or redeemed towards previous purchases, cannot be used or redeemed to purchase other gift certificates, cannot be resold, and are not refundable. Any purchase less than the value of a gift certificate causes the unused balance to be placed in the account of the gift certificate recipient for use in a future transaction. Any purchase exceeding the value of a gift certificate requires the use of a valid credit card or DormSmart.com payment option to complete the transaction. Gift Certificates do not expire. We reserve the right to change the gift certificate terms and conditions from time to time at our sole discretion.
All notices from DormSmart.com, L.L.C. to You may be posted on our Web site and will be deemed delivered within thirty (30) days after posting. Notices from You to DormSmart.com, L.L.C. shall be made either by e-mail, sent to the address we provide on our Web site, or first class mail to our address at 1401 S Walton Blvd. Suite 9-143, Bentonville, AR, 72712-2681. Delivery shall be deemed to have been made by You to DormSmart.com, L.L.C. five (5) days after the date sent.

Step 1: Order Confirmations / Receipts
You will receive two order confirmations / receipts for your order. An order confirmation from DormSmart.com and a receipt from PayPal, our payment processor. Rest assured, your items will be shipped to the "Ship To Address" you entered during checkout and listed on your “DormSmart.com” order confirmation.
Step 2: Order Processing
Our manufacturers process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If your order is received before 11:00 a.m. EST, your order begins processing that day. Orders received after 11:00 a.m. EST begin processing on the next business day, most often earlier. It is our goal to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
If you paid by eCheck... your order will process and ship when the funds clear. It can take several business days for your eCheck transfer to complete. The funds are not available to DormSmart during that time, (generally 4 business days in the US).
If you purchased a gift certificate... unless US Mail was requested for delivery, all gift certificates are automatically emailed to the designated recipient at the time of purchase. Please note that spam filter settings, at times, place the gift certificate in the junk email folder.
If you purchased via our Free Online LayAway Program... your order will process and ship upon receipt of the final payment (4th installment).
Step 3: Ship Times
To reduce our carbon footprint and yours, the vast majority of DormSmart’s inventory ships direct from the manufacturer. The estimated ship time is always listed on the product page. We will send you tracking information for each item in your order. Rest assured, if there has been a change to the ship time, DormSmart.com will contact you as soon as possible. We make it our job to track each and every item in your order until it reaches its final destination.

FOR ALL OTHER RETURNS (NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS):
If you need to return a non-defective product, for any reason, just contact us or call 1-877-616-DORM (3676), we are happy to assist you. Customer is responsible for ensuring their return is received and all return shipping costs for non-defective products. We suggest shipping your return via a shipping method in which you can track your shipment and provide that tracking information to DormSmart to ensure a speedy refund. Product returns must be received within 30 days of receipt of product by customer in unused condition, in its original packaging, for a refund of purchase price less DormSmart.com's actual cost to ship the product to the customer and any actual handling charges. (Notice: DormSmart only charges a handling fee if the manufacturer shipping the product charges a fee for processing/handling the return. A handling fee will never exceed 10% of the purchase price.).Refunds will be posted within 5 business days of receipt of returned product. A RMA is required for all product returns. To protect your privacy and ensure a speedy return, please provide the email address you used to place your order and the order number when requesting a RMA.
IMPORTANT NOTICE ABOUT CUSTOM PRODUCTS:We are unable to refund custom made products, as noted in each custom product's description, so be sure to ask questions prior to purchasing. If a custom product is defective, please contact us immediately or call 1-877-616-DORM (3676) so that we can arrange to have it returned for inspection and replaced. Defective custom products must be received within 30 days of receipt and require a RMA.

Just provide your personal package delivery "ship to" address provided by your college or university mail center. While we are unable to guarantee exact delivery dates with USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, or Fedex Ground, with advance planning (check the manufacturer ship time on the product detail page) we will do our VERY best to ship your products to be delivered on or near your desired delivery date.
